每次开机后都出现一个名为Rescue and Recovery 的对话框

请问各位，这是怎么回事呢？如何解决？

在用Software Installer进行升级后，自己不需要的软件可以不安装。
我上次也是，装了一个客户端安全软件，
每次开机都跳出设置向导，最后我把它卸载了，才算摆脱烦恼～

Rescue and Recover本来就是有的啊？
我按照那个页面的提示又安装了the Rescue and Recovery and Client Security Solution Toolkit 这个驱动，
这是那个网页里的相关说明：
To remove the warning message from Client Security Solution 7.0 or Rescue and Recovery 3.1 without applying the Microsoft hotfix, complete the following procedure:

Download the Rescue and Recovery and Client Security Solution Toolkit (1MB).
Extract the Rescue and Recovery and/or Client Security Solution Active Directory Template (.adm file), as appropriate.
Add the template to the Active Directory policy or apply the (.adm) file to the local machine Group Policy by completing the following steps:
Click Start, then click Run.
Type gpedit.msc, then click OK.
Within the Group Policy window, go to the Local Computer Policy/Computer Configuration directory. Right-click the Administrative Templates folder and select Add/Remove Templates, then click Add and select the Client Security Solution and/or Rescue and Recovery .adm file, as appropriate.
Click Close to import the selected template. The ThinkVantage folder is now available within the Administrative Templates directory.
Navigate to Client Security Solution folder and enable the Disable Windows XP SP2 Hotfix Warning setting.

但我的是WINDOWS XP HOME系统，根本没有什么组策略，
解决不了啊，
难道只有把 Rescue and Recovery 卸了？再装回以前的旧版本

这是非官方情报站一个朋友的答复
“請執行software installer安裝"Windows XP Hotfix - KB896613"即可解決”
另外一个论坛关于这个问题的说法：
“关于Windows XP Hotfix KB896613

有的朋友在安装过R&R 3.1或者CSS7.0之后每次开机都会遇到一个对话框要求安装特定的Windows补丁KB890951，不过这个补丁微软并未在网站放出，只能够打电话从微软获取，比较麻烦。现在好了，微软放出了可供下载并且具备同样的效果的补丁KB896613（个人猜测就是KB890951的正式版）。有需要的朋友可以在微软网站下载，或者通过System Update 2.0自动获取。”

找不到这个补丁啊！Windows XP Hotfix - KB896613
用software installer也找不到，到微软网页也找不到
有朋友再指点下吗，我现在都把R&R再装了又卸了
