规则1：仅限鸿利注册所有会员用户。

规则2：拍卖每周四早晨6：00开始，截止日期为每周日的下午6：00（拍卖时间以论坛时间为准）。若遇不可能抗力导致拍卖无法进行，则另行通知拍卖日期与商品。

规则3：所拍商品为：每周不一定，可能是配件，可能是电脑，也可能是不带电的任何东西，也可能是美女，当然也有可能是帅哥，当然还可能是。。。。

规则4：拍卖开始之后，用户可以随便出价，没有次数限制，到截止时为止出价最高者得。若出价后又修改自己的出价则永久封ID。

规则5：若两个同时出价，出价高者得，若最高价有N个那么先出价者得。

规则6：支持支付宝交易（拍的时候可以通过QQ MSN 向鸿扬盛世下单， 所拍商品=所拍商品金额+运费—鸿元）。 快递费客户出，支持本地用户上门取走所拍商品。不支持异地银行汇款。

规则7：参加拍卖可以使用鸿元，鸿元只可以使用拍卖后价格百分之50。1鸿元=1RMB。鸿元返券策略见返券策略，如何得到鸿元及如何知道自己有多少鸿元请点

规则8：出价规则,每次拍卖公布后跟帖出价，例如我出价XXX元，出价金额无限制，禁止乱出价，哄抬价格后不要者。（每次出价者出价一次，如果第2次出价要跟随不同的ID出价，例如：A出价1元，B出价2元，A在跟价3元，另外出价最少加价为1元。）
