我的小黑是07年6月份在博杨那里买的, X61的小黑. 系统是附送光盘的xp系统.
问题从前两个月开始出现,那天偶尔死机,出现蓝屏,一系列英文字母:

后来就有出现多次相同的事件.
上周的时候,不堪其扰,想可能是系统问题,就重新装了系统,采用的系统是购机时附送的光盘gohst xp系统.
系统复制到c盘没有任何问题,然后安装各个程序,但安装完重新启动,在关机时跳出什么 "初始化失败..."(英文的,具体什么我记不太清楚).强行关机.然后重新启动后发现,任务栏没有了电池电量绿条标识(刚装完系统时是有的).并且输入法标志莫名其妙地跑到了最左边靠着"开始" 按纽. 并且在其启动机器时非常慢.
于是又多次重新安装,问题依旧, 有时候任务栏死死的,点不动或者鼠标呈沙漏状.或者直接桌面上什么图标都不见了,只剩下桌面图片.......
每次都总是在刚恢复完系统后很正常,但装几个程序后就出问题,并没具体到某个特定程序上,有时候即使刚安装了个qq就这样了.
于是就想会不会是gohst系统文件有问题,就用光盘装了xp大客户版,结果前后三次,每次都是检测完系统后出现 蓝屏,然后显示上述的英文信息.blablabla.....
请问:
1\我这问题是软件问题还是硬件问题. 因为我在国外,下周回国,来来去去的实在不想带笔记本.如果是软件问题,那只要大家给个建议,我可以自己解决,没必要麻烦飞来飞去带笔记本回去修.
2\如果是硬件问题,我觉得还是带回去,让老吴看下怎么回事好了.已经过了一年保修,反正掏钱还是老吴那里放心,带回去比较好.
