让小红点Trackpoint在Office 2007和IE 7中滚动起来

找到tp4table.dat文件（双鼠标据说在c:\program files\内的鼠标安装目录下，先备份，然后紧接在原文中：

估计有其他不支持小红点滚动的程序，都可以通过这种修改来解决
