IBM的R50e型号硬盘清空无法装系统问题 [05月06日诊断中]

尊敬的工程师叔叔：
有一台R50e 1842 T4U 笔记本电脑
给朋友使用后出问题，开机后，出现：
PXE-E61:Media test failure,check cable
PXE-M0F:Exiting Intel Boot Agent.
Operating system not found
现在，硬盘已被清空（显示为37.25G），安装XP Pro 中文版
结果出现蓝色屏幕，显示：
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
The problem seems to be caused by the following file: partmgr.sys
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGE_AREA
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,restart your computer. If this screen appears

经过替换硬盘检查，本机硬盘并没损坏，用其他完好硬盘插入本机，安装XP Pro 中文版，仍然出现上述蓝色屏幕显示。偶尔也会进到磁盘分区提示这一步,但设定分区数值后,总是又回到设定分区提示。两只硬盘都是这样。
另外，一直在BIOS里缺省设置，BOOT下有时看到硬盘，有时看不到硬盘，反反复复。
请教问题何在？如何解决？

这个问题可得用排除法了，就像你排除硬盘一样。像篮屏这种现象，CPU，硬盘，内存，甚至主板都有可能造成。 ，同情！
